This document regulates the legal relations between users, restaurant partners, and the platform during the process of finding restaurants, making reservations, and providing related services through the mobile application named BARRACUDA (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

With your consent, we may use your data to make advertisements and experiences on Barracuda and other platforms more relevant to you. Additionally, the collected information is used to ensure stable and secure operation of the application, timely detection of errors, and implementation of improvements based on user needs. Barracuda acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants and does not directly provide catering services.

The User is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any information provided. The controller of the Personal Data Database is the Administration – “BARRACUDA APP” LLC.
The Application and the Administration do not collect or process information regarding racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, health status, sexual life, biometric or genetic data.
Barracuda reserves the right to restrict or delete accounts in such cases.
The User may request deletion of their personal data from the Application. Upon such request, all personal data collected about the User will be deleted, and future access to the Service will not be guaranteed.

Any information obtained from the User, including placement of cookies in the User’s browser, is carried out with notification and User consent. By continuing to use the Application, the User agrees to the storage of cookies.

The Administration may amend, remove, or update this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the Application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law “On Personal Data”, and related legal acts.
