Barracuda acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants and does not directly provide catering services.

3.Terms and Definitions

• User: An individual who uses the Application
• Restaurant (Partner): A catering establishment registered on the Barracuda platform
• Reservation: A table booking made by the User through the Application
• Personal Data: Information that directly or indirectly identifies the User

3.Terms of Use

3.1. Registration

The User provides the following information to use the application:

• First name, last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Social media accounts (optional)

The User is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any information provided. The controller of the Personal Data Database is the Administration – “BARRACUDA APP” LLC.

The Application and the Administration do not collect or process information regarding racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, health status, sexual life, biometric or genetic data.

3.2. Prohibited Activities

• Fake reservations
• Impersonation
• Interference with the technical operation of the system
• Illegal or unethical behavior

Barracuda reserves the right to restrict or delete accounts in such cases.

4.Reservation Rules

• Reservation confirmation is made by the restaurant
• Barracuda does not guarantee fulfillment of reservations
• The restaurant may cancel a reservation (with justification)
• If the User does not arrive on time, the restaurant has the right to cancel the reservation

5.Payments and Commissions

• Barracuda currently acts only as an intermediary platform
• Payments are accepted on-site by the restaurant
• Online payment functionality may be added in the future

6.Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews must be based on real user experience
• Offensive, false, or promotional reviews may be removed
• Barracuda is not responsible for the content of reviews

7.Privacy Policy

7.1. Collected Data

• Personal data (name, contact information)

• Location data (only with permission)

7.2. Purpose of Data Use

• Execution of the reservation process

All content on the platform belongs to Barracuda LLC and unauthorized use is prohibited.

11.Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies

The Application may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to store information. These are used to facilitate website usage, improve service quality (including security), and for advertising purposes.

Any information obtained from the User, including placement of cookies in the User’s browser, is carried out with notification and User consent. By continuing to use the Application, the User agrees to the storage of cookies.

Cookies are text or binary data stored in the User’s browser and sent back to the Application upon subsequent visits. Cookies do not contain personal data.

Web beacons are small graphic images used in the Application and its services, often working together with cookies to identify Users.

12.Dispute Resolution

• Disputes are resolved through negotiations first

13.Amendments
